The WiiU one I like. I don't love it— definitely a step back from Generations, but I like it fine. My one line review is that although it flows better than any sonic game I've played— it's easier to get into that zone where you're making jumps, forseeing obstacles, and shit like that, but that comes at the cost of a

Always here to help.

Not really, dude. Lost world was nowhere near "Oh god a new sonic game" bad. Most of the reviews I read were mediocre-to-slightly positive.

Hell, I liked lost world. It's by no stretch of the imagination a bad game. Plus, check your dates, son. Lost world came out in October. When I wrote that comment, Lost World hadn't come out yet.

"Oh man, a joke about Sonic games being awful? How current, on point, and edgy!"

Redskins at Vikings: That's three primetime games in four weeks for the Vikings. And they got the #1 announcing team on FOX last week for no good reason at all. If you've ever cheered for an awful team, you know how much more embarrassing it is when you have to watch them play in front of a national audience. It's

Did you notice the furious salesperson absolutely tearing ass out of the passenger seat and then motioning to the cabbie to chase after the SUV?

Oh come on, dude. La Boulangerie is pretty great. (that said I haven't had their pastries, just their bread)

Dude, Unabridged has a GREAT lightly used section. And yeah, come on. I know it's not on Belmont, it's on Broadway.

but only for a second till I remembered I don't own a car

I was scared you were talking about Unabridged— I literally live like, right there.

No. No, I don't. And again, a bad, broken game isn't what I'm talking about here. I'm talking about a game you can't complete, a game that is not a full experience, without the paid extra content. Seems like lots of folks disagree on what "a full experience" is, and that's fine.

That's pretty much my point— why do we treat that stuff differently than special edition DVDs?

Okay, those are 2 different issues— the brokenness of Sim City has nothing to do with the DLC issue. There wasn't a magical 5 dollar patch that you could buy to make the game work, it was released, and it was buggy. I fail to understand how Sim City keeps getting brought up as a paragon of "THIS IS EVERYTHING THAT'S

Yeah, and they charged out the ass for them. Compare that to Borderlands 2— you're paying what, 15 bucks for something that stands pretty well alone? And have you ever paid 30 dollars for a DLC map pack?

Re: Asuras Wrath: I didn't know that! That definitely makes more sense.

So what are your feelings on special edition albums that include outtakes and recorded songs that were recorded during the band's studio sessions?

You raise some good points, but for me, the DLC argument necessarily boils down to 2 very-hard-to-answer questions:

It still is, though! What people forget is that not every game had unlockable costumes, unlockable stages, shit like that. Now, we EXPECT it. Why?

oh, you mean like mirror's edge 2?
