People can eat whatever they want. As a vegan, there are many better restaurants than Cafe Gratitude.
Like you, I was a happy kid and teen, I just felt like I was a moody/depressed/sad/apathetic adult and the thought of being happy seemed so far away. I also had some traumatic experiences in college and then more recently in the last five years.

But, wow, I’ve been in therapy for years (taking a break) and always would say I’m feeling down for no reason, dislike everything, there are no real highs or excitability, I’m just a sad or depressed person and the like- just feelings of low grade persistent depression that affects overall…
