if you want to try something a little crazy, try pouring a little sesame oil onto your vanilla ice cream.

I mean, if you’re gonna make a sundae or something, it’s nice to have straight vanilla.

I would totally watch a show built around a black Magneto.

Yeah a time jump seems like a pretty easy explanation that would require very minimal tweaks to his character.

Koreans make the best chicken wings anyways. Although I need to try Popeyes.

Based on their SEC filings, wages/compensation are only approximately 20% of Mcdonald’s operating costs. If you restrict it to hourly workers (i.e. excluding managers and upper management) only comprise 8% of McDonald’s operating costs.

I am Japanese, my family comes from rural Shiga Prefecture and my uncle runs a poultry/egg farm and I can assure you that eggs in Japan are most certainly not pasteurized.

So the raw chicken is actually way, WAY riskier than the raw egg.

Personally, Quistis Trepe interested me way, WAY more than Rinoa. Rinoa annoyed the heck out of me.

Yeah, personally unless I stop the screen and squint at it for awhile I can barely see the difference between performance and graphics in motion, but I would notice the difference between 40-50FPS and 60FPS instantly.

I don’t really have an emotional stake in this lol. If you feel like every game that ever gets an expansion is unfinished, I don’t feel like that’s illogical.

Adding content doesn’t make a game not a “finished game” necessarily.

I mean that was the big thing—it was fast casual before fast casual was a “thing.” Boston Market (originally I knew it as “Boston Chicken) came on the scene in the early 90s when you had the “McDonalds Tier” of fast food in price/quality, then “cheaper sit down restaurants” tier, with a pretty big price gap inbetween.

I was thinking more along the lines of “Hi, my name is Phil Spencer, and my stock options’ value depends on how well xbox does.”

The only justifiable reason for taking a console/format war seriously is if your paycheck literally depends on it.

It’s actually kind of a funny story. The name originates with one of Japan’s most famous hotels, the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo in 1958. The Imperial Hotel iss a luxury hotel that’s extremely well known and has cultural influence in Japan.

The scaling part is essentially meaningless.

It’s amusing to think that some people would claim if you took the entire library of Pokemon graphics, scaled them up 20% and made no further alterations, at least based on their statements they would say the “new” assets are not plagiarism.

Speaking as a Japanese-American that grew up in a predominantly Japanese speaking household, Wssei-eigo (English loan-words in Japanese that mean different things) can be really, really confusing.

Grocery stores tend to do a lot better at employee retention than fast food though. I’ve been shopping at the same grocery store for the last 15 years, and I know the guy and lady who work the deli/meat counter on a first name basis. They got a new guy like 5 years ago and he’s still here.
