As a guy who’s almost exclusively a strategy game gamer (Civ series, EU4, Hearts of Iron. CK3, etc), I’m actually kinda impressed by how not-lame Fortnite concert events are.

I’m a project manager with over a decade of management experience in an industry where crunch is endemic. We have to do overtime sometimes, but I am pretty damn good at avoiding true crunch. I’m aware of how difficult it is, but i stand by comment that crunch is primarily a result of mismanagement.
