What i really, REALLY loved about Season 1, and by extension, the show under Darabont was how deliberate and tactical the action was. I mean, if you go back and watch Season 1, it’s remarkable how much thinking and planning occurs aroudn each and every action scene.

I think it may be more jnteresting if she is already dead in the modern timeline, just not at the time that we thought.

I’d make a comment about how we don’t all look the same, but holy shit that guy really does look like Mr. Miyagi.

Maison Ikkoku is probably my favorite Rumiko Takahashi work. It’s the most mature by far (was in a seinen magazine aimed at college age and older men, rather than the younger Shonen demo), and also her most grounded—lacking any fantasy elements at all.

Either way, I kinda doubt Suga’s gonna last till next summer, but that’s a whole another issue.

Ifbyou want a better basketball video game stop buying it. I did, and NBA 2k12-16 was my most played video game for about 5 years every year.

i thought things weren't too bad till 2k17 or so.  2k16 had mixrotransactions but they seemed primarily aesthetic.  2k17 was when things went out of hand imo...

Even EA isn’t this brazen.

Some people disagree.  Mainly, car dealership owners.

Things have gotten worse and worse since Splinter and Deadspin died (zombie-spin notwithstanding).

Virtually all fraud throughout human history has aimed at going after low hanging fruit. Scammers don’t become scammers because they’re interested in being novel or working hard.

JRPGs, although Baldur’s Gate 2 remains perhaps my favorite RPG of all time. I just feel like JRPGs bring more memorable characters, and are willing to drop pretenses of seriousness and just be fun. Rare exceptions like BG2 (BOOOOO!!!) or Planescape Torment really stood out to me. (Bioware till about 10 years ago had

Im a Japanese American guy and I play both Japanese and US games on my PS4 (I cannot stand to play text heavy games in translation)

If it persuades 1-2 people, which I think it may, that’s well worth the cost in this case.

I feel like Tie Fighter is still the gold standard for depicting the Empire. I mean, if you’re gonna play a villain, lets go ahead and play the villain. There’s more than enough material in that game that tells you very clearly YOU ARE PLAYING A VILLAIN to make me not squeamish about it.

There have been numerous studies on this topic. The mask reduces aerosols not by preventing them from leaving you mouth, but because it disrupts the airflow from your mouth so that it doesn’t disperse hardly at all.

NBA2k16 was fun.  At that point, the microtransactions were basically purely aesthetic. NBA 2k17 was the last one i bought.

Even Madden is better than the microtransaction BS that 2K has crammed into NBA2K.

I came here with one question: are there still microtransactions in My Player?
Answer: Yes
Me: Not buying.

Personally, I think Matrix 1 was scholock that was fun, 2 and 3 were not. My dislike of the sequels have more to do with entertainment than internal logic.
