You could... except that in the examples you have provided you usually saw semi-regulars come in at the expense of other more regular companions. So like... Clara is out of an episode, and here come the Paternoster Gang. Or the Ponds are absent so lets have a River Song episode, etc, etc.

I have to say I sort of look forward to the Doctor losing a few companions.

This plot works well across a number of the Doctor’s storylines.

It was an app created so someone within the party could contract out some work to someone they knew for a nice payday

I dunno... I mean sure the kid was manipulated by daddy but it’s not like that completely absolves him of the choices he made. At the end of the day Filip is still a war criminal / terrorist whose actions are responsible for killing something like 15 billion people. And remember... he wasn’t on the Pella when it

The only thing I’ve watched where Keon has made an appearance was Killjoys and I can’t say that I remember him at all... but the images on Google? For me at least he seems like the perfect Marco.

It’s unclear exactly what “E.L._.O.” is pointing too as it flashes back to Dick confronting Jericho’s parents about the boy’s death, but it wouldn’t at all be surprising if he were actually somehow still alive out there.

It’s particularly awful on the AppleTV. I’m not sure if the issue lies with the devices caching or how Netflix has coded their app (or perhaps both) but basically the longer you spend searching for something to watch the more sluggish the interface becomes as it loads more and more of those damned previews.

I’m really enjoying this series and I hope Netflix manages to keep it interesting and you know... not just abandon it (like they seem to have with Knights of Sidonia).

Is 76 really that broken?

So vaseline isn’t a moisturizer... your skin can’t really absorb petroleum jelly well so once it’s on it’s just there. Gooey and goopy. It will prevent moisture loss but it won’t hydrate your skin.

I don’t understand how anyone could realistically argue that discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation isn’t deeply rooted in the perception of gender identity.

All of the examples you’ve presented show a different type of hero: The reluctant one that has to be convinced to embrace their powers for good, usually at the cost of a loved ones life.

Not a lot of time for binging but I’ll catch a TV show before bed sometimes. Usually Family Guy or Rick and Morty is on as I’m drifting off.

I don’t have the same level of nostalgia with DCs comic lineups as I do with Marvel (grew up collecting spider-man comics) but their big names are still part of my collective upbringing. And growing up I was exposed to a lot of their film ventures long before Marvel’s Cinematic Universe made its debut. I remember

I’m a little surprised that it is interfering with SMS notifications but otherwise I think ‘Silence Unknown Callers’ by the title alone tells you that it’s doing exactly what it should be doing.

I agree with everything you posted here. But I also realize that addressing that 71% is a much more difficult task than trying to shave down the 7-9% from meat production.

Truth. When I first went vegetarian (in college, naturally) my go-to diet was a giant plate of pasta covered in (canned) vegetables and cheese. So basically high carb, lots of sodium, and not much nutrition.

I’m currently omnivorous though my husband and I do try to eat less animal protein more for health reasons than anything else.

The goal of taking on a vegetarian or vegan diet, or even just eating less meat, is to support animal welfare and to choose foods whose production contributes less to global warming.
