CAN A BITCH GET A DONUT?

It’s not actually his beard. He just stole it from Tom Berenger/General James Longstreet from the Gettysburg movie set and wanted to see how it looked on him.

Next episode, Darryl tries on Jeff Daniels/Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain’s mustache.

I demand a speech-off between Carl and Daenerys Targaryen.

One audience, two groups of people standing and waiting to be inspired to go into battle or something like that.

Who will do it better?

One of those seminal magical musical moments:

October 2012. About to start a new job. My favorite baseball team, the Baltimore Orioles, were playing their first playoff game in 15 years and I have this childish sense of mixture of excitement and nervousness.

I spontaneously decide to take a road trip. Solo, just

Fuck you, October 2, 2017. Fuck you so much. I hate you. I hate you. I hate you.

Or throw the old Becky Connor switcheroo.

Note: Donna Gable died on the way back to her home planet.

(I’m too lazy to see if anyone else made that joke and Kinja sucks too much for me to waste my time in looking.)

Is there a gratuitous inclusion of the Kardashian girls somewhere mixed into the story? That’s the only thing I want to know.

It was pretty much Meh with a side of Meh followed up with an additional course of Meh.

It didn’t infuriate me by being so awful. At no point did I want to throw a brick through the TV screen.

But it really was as I had heard from others....an episode of Star Trek with some jokes awkwardly pasted in. Most of them came

American Horror Story Season 8: Kinja.

She has a part time job pointing and screaming.

It pays decently.

Roanoke was by far the best offering since Asylum.

It was far from perfect because I think it lasted about two episodes too long after they took it away from the house and focused on Lee’s (Andina Porter) legal problems which just dragged on unnecessarily.

But it took off wonderfully once they moved from the

Yeah, but previous seasons it’s just about setting a theme.

This just reeks of desperation of attempting to be relevant in today’s headlines.

For God’s sake, someone get Murphy and Falchuk a dose of subtlety.

Yes, shit be cray-cray since Trump was elected. We all know that.

We don’t have to be hit over the forehead with a proverbial 2x4 with it, however.

There is such a thing called clever allegory. That would have worked far better than having a story

But females are strong as hell!

Maybe start a discussion on AV Club After Dark? That’s been my therapeutic output.

And yes, I do believe Ozark is both the best TV drama since Breaking Bad and a spiritual successor of sorts to Breaking Bad.

Which is not to say it is derivitative of Breaking Bad or a Breaking Bad copycat, mind you. Definitely check it

Ozark was brilliant with the title card. I found myself pausing and making a mental note of what the symbols were and guessing how they would play into the episode’s plot.

Weird as hell, but late 2000/early 2001 I was watching a lot of The Sopranos and The Critic and I found myself drawn to the depictions of the World Trade Center in both of them, almost as a premonition.

I typically enjoy the opening credit sequences and have no real desire to skip them. If I’m going to watch a 30 to 60 minute show, what’s an extra minute?

And House of Cards’ theme and opening credit sequence is exceptional, and depending on the quality of any given season, one of the best things about the show. (Did

You know what I want, what I’d really, really want?

If Kinja hadn’t come up in here and erased all the pre-Kinja comments like an asshole.

Because I’d really want to know if anyone else thought this review was overly harsh, and I’d also like to know how other people reacted to the series. Frankly, I thought it was
