Each designer got to add one square to the grill of the new Chevy. By my estimation 1,000,000 designers were involved. So many squares in one place :(
F that tailgate. I have one on my F150 and the dam step makes the tailgate way too heavy. Plus the process to unfold and refold the stupid thing is very aggravating.
Exactly, my F150 is the most comfortable vehicle I have ever owned. My dad thought it rode as well as his 90's Caddy land yacht. The fuel use is scary but worth it when you are driving across Montana.
Larriat really is the sweet spot. King Ranch is just too much, XLT isn’t enough. Platinum just sounds like a stripper.
Thanks I feel much better about myself now.
Dam I thought 5'10" was average height. :(
Low load height = this 1,00,000 times this. My F150 is way too tall I have to hop to sit on the tailgate and I am 5'10"
FYI the GXP is insane. I think it has too much power, but I also love Miatas so I know some people think it needs more.
I can verify that after they discontinued these dealers gave 0 shits about them. I test drove one and the dealer just threw the keys to my buddy and me and mentioned there was a parking lot down the street. We did some doughnuts (we clearly were not the first to do so in that parking lot). Car was a ton of fun I…
Thats why I drive faster, so I don’t have to worry about what is behind me!
I have seen an A Team tribute transit and it was rad.
Here’s an idea, maybe stop making the cars more powerful. I know everybody wants 1 bajilion HP, but maybe if instead you made the car less powerful, but more engaging and then priced it lower you could capture the Jalopnik crowd.
I would imagine the fabric also benefits from warmth. My Miata roof never liked the cold weather.
But what if I want to drive further than the range? Am I forever limited to a 150 mile ring from my house so I always can make it back?
Where exactly can I recharge these? Is it compatible with Tesla stations or do I have to find an outlet? This to me is one of the great EV issues, I know gas pumps work with my car can the same be said of EVs and charging points? Tesla has done a great job with their charge stations, I live in Montana and they have…
Terrible things ranked:
Sometimes slow is more fun than fast.
I started with just a rear bar and springs then swapped to either a stock Impreza or a Forester front sway bar (I was told it was less stiff). It was terrible for autoX and on track I could never get it to rotate without a serious stab of the brakes.
Mine was a ton of fun to autoX. Not the fastest around the course, but a lot of fun while driving it.
