I started with sway bars and springs, the car still plowed like crazy.  Drove a friend’s with coil overs and was blown away.  When I looked into doing coil overs I sold it because I wasn’t interested in spending that much just to get the car to rotate.  Maybe I should have tried camber plates.

I know what would really screw over GM, get rid of the 25 year rule on imports!  (I have no idea how this would screw over GM, BUT I would love to import something from Europe and nothing Trump does to get people actually gets them so lets leverage this guy being a nut job to get what we all want!)

The older GD was a ton of fun and I haven’t driven the current generation. The 07-14 were lackluster, spend 4-5K on suspension and they turned really fun, but that is a lot extra to make a car fun.

Anybody going to check the welds to make sure it doesn’t stop steering and nearly kill people?

I want another Miata. The only other car I would consider is an S2000. My daily is a F150 that is perfect for what it does, but I miss having a fun light weight convertible.

Beware of the STI. They feel so fun on a test drive, then you figure out they handle worse than your GTI and to get them to be engaging you have to spend a ton on suspension.  Selling mine was one of the happiest days of my life and a Mazda 5 replaced it and was far more fun to drive.

I thought the same thing about the logo, maybe these people have never left Michigan and don’t realize that is already taken.

Also known as the broomstick test for club racing.  You need inches of space in case of rollover so you don’t land on your head.  Even with a harness that feels like it is constricting you from breathing there is still slack in the system.

It is possible, BUT even then why would you go to the convertible if you know you have to fit 4 surfboards in the vehicle?

Don’t forget Toyota’s grounded to the ground couple. Those people suck almost as much as the people who wrote their script.

YES, It is the wagon not the SUV, damit!  But honestly how did they get to the beach in the first place?

I guess I should give them credit for being memorable. The ads pissed me off so much I keep thinking about Buicks.

Hopefully the person who produced the ad with people standing next to a Cascada holding surf boards thinking it was their friend’s car does get shit canned. Come on how did they get to the beach in the first place? They rode in the Enclave to the beach because their friend’s parents didn’t pony up for an Escalade.

Don’t worry the marketing people who came up with the “Is that a Buick?” and “No the other Buick.” will continue to receive their salaries.

What platforms do they have left?  This move strikes me as similar to VW going to the one platform being used for the vast majority of their vehicles to save costs.  If they get down to 2 car platforms (one front wheel and one rear wheel drive) I think this makes a lot of sense and if they could build flexibility into

Prior to 15 did it lock in a % front and back?  I thought the last hatch version had a specific split based on the dif settings.

Both are true, Neuville’s teammates did have more trouble than Ogier’s but they also fell behind him a couple times to give him better results and to get a cleaner road.

STI is different it has an adjustable center dif that you can lock.

I just hope he posts here and randomly cps letters in his posts.

If Citroen doesn’t do well they can’t blame the cars. I think Ott and Lappi will be huge rivals for the next decade. If everybody plays their cards right I think there could be a huge resurgence of WRC to a broader fanbase.
