This snub nose/tail & shortened Toro was used to push stuck cars through the snow at the factories parking lot.
Toronado powered. Not sure what ever happened with this project.
AWD & 16 cylinders, what could go wrong. Oh that.
They are highway cars. Floor the throttle @ 70mph and my 66 will “allegedly” accelerate with the same force up to 130+.
The engine is offset to one side due to the transmissions location. It does have unequal length axles.
Torque steer is a non-issue with my 66 Toro.
I have owned this one for 20 years. She was my first car.

Wish I could find pictures of the 77 Scout II rallye edition I had in high school. Imagine a fully rusted out $500 version of the truck below. Fun memories yet glad it wasn’t ever my daily driver.

Friends family has an X-Trail at their Mexican beach house. Seemed like a fine little SUV to me. Handled the “topes” well.
