R171 was 2004-2010. This is still the R172 is 2011-Present. New model won’t be out til 2018 with a new interior too, that’s why the current interior is just a minor refresh but it still has the keypad and older design elements.

Mid cycle refresh, not a total redesign.

And the GLC has more room than the GLK both for occupants and cargo.

That’s so weird. Maybe the E is different than my C. Did you guys have an powered autoclose trunk?

On my Mercedes there’s a keyhole next to the button. The purpose of that key as explained by the salesperson is that you can manually lock your trunk and glove compartment and give the valet (it’s called a valet key) the fob to start the car. The car won’t unlock the trunk with the trunk open button inside the car nor

Wait doesn’t the metal key allow you manual access to the trunk?

The money makes no difference when it takes 50 permits to put a shovel in the ground. How about a FAST way to get straight to work.

At this point in time I think if anyone flew into the U.S. for even 10 seconds they’d be vaporized.

I wish we could track down the guy on the production team who created the image to be displayed on that laptop. I wonder what his thoughts are. Like is he a car head? Was this to troll everyone?

I mean is Mazda even zoom zoom any more? I think the association exists but they haven’t been zoom zoom for some time. I do agree this shouldn’t have taken this long though.

They’d be stupid not to. The hardware is there all it needs is a little reinforcement here and there since a MS3/6 will get beat on much more than any CX9 on the road.

I wonder how feasible that efficient, reliable and powerful rotary is worth chasing. I really hope it doesn’t burn Mazda but if they dump tons of money on R&D and don’t get much of a return it’ll be bad news for them.

Isn’t it insane that Mazda is the only Japanese car makers capable of making cars with clean design lines both inside and out? I mean seriously, slap a German badge on the inside and people would comment how buttoned up and Teutonic it appears.

Lmao I thought I was the only one who noticed all the buffer holograms when the car was on the pedestal turning, I even paused it and saw the mess on the rear passenger doors. Looks like someone’s first time using a rotary.

Should’ve told him there was a hard G in there lol. Quad-ri-fogeelio

That $70k is likely the starting price with various options from the previous 1 or 2 trim levels but still missing the “good stuff”.

It looks like Hondas been fooling around with Acura and this is their inbred baby.

Soon engines will be on the roof.

They are, the SLC300.

It’s a way for them to string their fan bases along, if they turn the entire concept into a production car then they have to go back to the drawing table to make a new concept, they are too lazy for that. So they take a headlight here, a tail light there, add a dash of a gauge or 2 and keep releasing new models with
