This double diamond interchange at I64 and Rt 15 Zion Crossroads in Louisa county Virginia.  Traffic on Rt 15 actually changes sides at this junction.

Back in 80's Virginia still had toll booths along I-95 through Richmond. My friends and I were riding north to Richmond when my friend in the backseat decided to pull a prank at the booth. As We approached the toll taker he quickly jumped into the rear floorboard and put his bandana in his mouth with his hands under

Having watched Speed Racer as a child I thought the movie adaptation was a travesty to the original. While the visuals were cool, dumbing it down for a younger (90s) audience took away from the perils of the original concept. Also I thought the actors were bland. Id like to see it re-animated and with a PG-13 rating

Now playing

Yeah not one to be a Rhodes Scholar on automotive poetry the first thing I thought of was Mr. Arthur J. Foyt (Cannonball Run) attempting to wow the audience with his poetry only to be outdone by the V8 in the Hawaiian Tropic car driven by Terry Bradshaw and Mel Tillis.

Three on the tree for a manual column shifted vehicle.

Nice. Like this Chris Rock reference. On a similar note I was speeding along on a side road near home one day when I saw the county police I passed pull a u-turn so I pulled over immediately and waited. When he approached my first words were “sir I have my gun with me.” Forgoing the reason he stopped he asked me for

I miss that car.  It was an underrated sleeper.

The groovy thing is my boss let me work in the warehouse for the two weeks I was suspended.  No loss of time or pay.....except for the $250 fine.  I took driving school voluntarily and submitted it to the court and they cleared the points off my record.

In 1998 I was driving home from Williamsburg, VA in our recently purchased Ford Contour SVT 5 speed with my wife asleep in the car. It was around 1 am and I was bored. So turning onto Jordan Point road, which will take us from Charles City county back into Prince George county over the James river I decided to “punch

I am familiar with the proper nomenclature but as it is more of a block of concrete than a group of persons, parties of countries sharing a common purpose I crafted the pun based on the actual and the event so “punintended”.

Concrete Communist Block

Mr. Tracy.

Unless you have a strong desire to be the retirement community pimp this is crack pipe cubed to infinity.

New state motto “Live Free or Fly”

To quote David Freiburger of Roadkill fame “good looking from afar but far from good looking”. Crack Pipe.

Well that escalated quickly

Roadkill itself has gotten a bit too commercial taking the fun out of two buddies buying a car and trying to just make it to (insert destination here) to more of a garage Top Gear. Corporate hands have ruined the soup. Finnegan spun off his own show (Faster with Finnegan) which was good but not great. He hangs out

Must have drunk a Lada vodka.

While the show was generally entertaining it was not as much fun as Roadkill or other car shows. I get Jerry and his cohorts sharing old anecdotes but as the jokes and references were more "had to be there" a lot was lost on the audience.  It was talking for talking sake.
