What kind of clocks do you have in your house, Jason?

Few things can top the ads for Boats in which the subject is fully under a cover

The reason MGBs are always cheap is because they’re too niche to be desired by people who don’t have them. On the flipside, those who want them already have at least one. They’re quite breaky and very dangerous cars to operate, which doesn’t do much for increasing appeal.

... except under the hood.

Armor-All High Gloss wipes - looks like new!

Greased Lightnin’!

I wish I’d saved it, but nothing will ever top the listing for some generic, mid-80's GM whose only picture was of the car out in the driveway about 30 feet away - taken from an upstairs window (through the screen).

Like, they clearly woke up and thought, “It’s time to get rid of this POS... better open the window

“People stopped dying when we did this one thing directly related to why people were dying" sure sounds like causation.

Yes, exactly. According to the CDC, co-morbidities also include things like depression, anxiety, lower back pain, literally any injury, bad eyesight, etc etc.

So how many of those employees who died from Covid deliberately shunned getting vaccinated? (“Waaaaahhhhh! I’ve got my rights! The guvmint can’t tell me what to do!” Screamed the willfully ignorant simpletons.) All of them? If so, then they got what they deserved.

Plenty of studies to safely say we have causality.  Plenty of folks trying to finagle their version of "truth", which surprisingly veers way off into ridiculous falsehood.

I don’t know, if someone gets COVID and dies it sure sounds like COVID caused the death, regardless if they had any co-morbidities.

Definitely causation this time though

Whenever we talk about these co-morbidities, could we also point out that the majority of Americans have these co-morbidities? The majority of US Adults are overweight (which is a co-morbidity for COVID), 48% have some form of cardiovascular disease, 10% have diabetes, 15% have lung issues, etc.

This was Kirby responding to Cruz.

That’s a BAC One-Eleven? Huh...learned something new today, I always thought those were more private/executive jet-sized, like a Sabreliner.

the only thing this is good for is scrap metal (and there is likely quite a lot of value there).  there is no historical value as there are still airworthy BAC-1-11s flying to this day

This is either a beautiful airplane or a piece of scrap. Maybe it can be cannibalized into furniture/art, but this has been so exactingly engineered to a single purpose that it becomes almost useless at doing anything else.

I bet you could replace those ancient engines with newer standard models that were cheaper to maintain. Let me know if you want to donate to my Youtube channel and I’ll buy it and try.
