Sitting anywhere for 45 minutes waiting for a charge is unacceptable.
Spending 3k on wheels and tires isn’t an indicator that someone mistreats their car.
But 0 wrecks on a CarFax doesn’t automatcially mean 0 wrecks, there have been a number of instances where a car was sold with a “clean Carfax” meaning no accidents only to find out later that car was indeed in an accident but the incident wasn’t reported through the databases that CarFax pulls from.
