Tinkerbell is on Netflix, and Fireflies is an anime movie. It’s set in Japan during WWII from the perspective of a boy and his little sister who can’t get hold of the proper rations and are starving. You’ll really want something happy to watch after that one.

Something I’ve found that helps when I’m in a panic situation is an aromatherapy locket - I use lavender oil in mine. The one I have is this one. Lavender is a calming scent on its own, and the scent being there helps you remember to breathe. (This one has helped a lot!)
