If that jury “deliberates” for more than fifteen minutes, they should all be charged with obstruction of justice.
I loved CotM, but man... it was impossible to see. Especially since it released in the early non-backlit days of the GBA.
They were adjusting their pricing based on region, and the gaming community (as usual) freaked the fuck out about it.
You mean the “improvements” that made the remaster completely inferior to the original?
Dude. That’s 27 days. Do you just leave it running all the time?
Great review -- but it might be worth mentioning that Ranked Online is locked behind the very difficult Level 4 Grand Prix.
It’s incredibly difficult. Beating Level 4 is not trivial. I was able to grind my way (slowly, with a lot of losses) to Brass Man (or whatever he’s called), but he was a brick wall.
I have the same fear...

It’s not silly. Of course Nintendo designs games with those things in mind.
I’ll consider it a “proper” Virtual Console when they join 2017 and tie your purchases to an account so that the games can be played across any and all Nintendo hardware that supports the console in question.
Riiiiiight... but it’s not clear what “free NES games” really means, nor is it clear how valuable the coupons will be. You’ve added a few more words, all of which still contain no new information whatsoever.
Pretty cheap, so it’s hard to get too upset at this point.
It’s a bit like confusing Gnomes and Elves.
Hardly even mattered, since they only sold like seven of the adapters needed to actually use the controllers anyway.
I expected to hate it. Found myself pleasantly surprised, but still not completely sold.
It’s not any faster, best as I can tell. But the page turns are nearly instant, just as they were before.

So much this.
You start off correct — it has nothing to do with artificial scarcity.
