I didn’t really care about Braff, since his character felt so cartoon-ish (haHA!) anyway. But I thought this was a pretty weak episode. Every clip of it I’ve seen seems really mean-spirited, so I’m not sure it’s a show for me, but with all the rave reviews it gets, I should probably watch it sooner or later.

His early stuff was pretty good (Cronos, Devil’s Backbone, Pan’s Labyrinth), but yeah even in those good ones, his scripts have a tendency to fall apart at the end.

Duels was actually fairly solid, but it was poorly promoted and had an incompetent developer (Stainless). WOTC is developing this one in-house and removing a lot of the restrictions that Duels had, so I’m pretty psyched.

LOL I have similar issues. I’m going to try and get in touch with their customer support because I really really really want priority access, but I imagine they’re swamped with other stuff right now.
