I liked Pacific Rim, but it had so little of what makes del Toro's films great. Like, if the entire movie focused on Charlie Day and Ron Perlman, then it would have been a great del Toro film. But all of the other stuff packed in felt like it could have been made by any big budget director.

This is one of my favorite episodes of television ever. Not only is the concept so freaking ingenious, but the jokes are some of the best in the show's run too.

A lot of them aren't even words, though. "Lolz"? That's an abbreviation with some extra shit thrown on to it (and is now worth 13 points). So is ROFLing a word now too? (I can't find out unless I buy their stupid dictionary, apparently.)

It's definitely an outlier… I like Coming on Strong a lot, but it almost feels like an album by a different band, or one that hasn't fully formed yet.

I laughed for a solid minute straight after Jeff shot the kid on crutches. I can't tell if this makes me a bad person or not, but good lord the setup and aftermath of that joke was absolutely PERFECT.

Yeah…if you would have told me going into S6 that there would be ANOTHER paintball episode, I would have groaned. But this was an all-time classic community episode here. And frankly, I had more fun with it than the S2 two-parter.

Season 5 finale was unquestionably bad. But I'd put it above the S4 finale and a number of S4 episodes (not the Spacetime convention though oddly enough, which I found only tolerably bad).

Oh god… I had almost forgotten about that outro. Probably one of my biggest laughs from the show ever.

Yeah their ballads can be a little much, though my personal favorite songs of theirs are more mid-tempo/slow builds. So far, not really digging the ballads on this album (white wine and fried chicken, forget the names of the others). But they aren't as bad as some of the ones on Made in the Dark or especially One Life

If they get a 7th season, I feel like it could be a "Community: The Movie!" meta-season with some kind of broad arc.

Yeah, I'm just kidding. Everything I've read makes this sound pretty awesome.

Yeah he did give Citizen Kane a C+ didn't he…

Welp if the actor promoting his new film says so, I'm certainly inclined to agree…

I honestly don't think GoT has had a weak season. Arguments can be made for a favorite/least favorite from about any among the batch, but it has been a thoroughly engaging show throughout, for me at least.

I think I had pieces of the Sarlacc game, but definitely never played it by the rules either. I also had the Yoda board game (http://www.starwarstoybox.c… and the Destroy the Death Star game (https://boardgamegeek.com/i…. Both were pretty sweet, and I'm sure nostalgia could never be wrong.

Let's not and also not say we did.

"I just don't understand why you've brought this to my attention, internet."

"If there was something you liked about the first season, don't expect to see it again." -Guy who is not Cary Fukunaga

Hey if he can recapture some of his vibe from Clay Pigeons… though that was a really really long time ago, and holy shit has he been in an increasing amount of stinkers since then.

I'm moving this weekend, and my internet cuts out tonight, so probably not much time for gaming.
