most people in the US only got to see it on PBS marathons. But it was a great hidden gem! Now that the show is older, and the effects have really dated (and look even worse still in the CGI updated versions)…I think it'll be even harder for jaded americans to embrace :/

Jurassic Park is definitely one of the most fun mega-blockbusters of the 90s. I never get sick of watching it, as opposed to Independence Day, MiB, etc which can be a little tedious

all three really really good movies. but also have enough flaws to not be considered great (especially crash), and their general bat-shit insanity is going to turn away most voters of lists of things.
