I just have to admire both the perseverance and courage of Emma and her boyfriend. I don't know if I could have waited that long for McDonald's, nor do I know if I would have had the bravery to eat something prepared by someone so clearly on another plane of existence.

If I learned anything from being best friends with a small town McDonalds manager, it's that short skinny and sweaty zombie were on a FUCKLOAD of drugs that night.

More like REAL wood trim. unless ours was some sore of deluxe model. the VCR was missing, But we had a TV, Sound system with EQ, CB radio, and a built in radar detector. The interior was maroon and grey velor.

I doubt Demott would have purposely tried to injure any of his wrestlers. If anything it sounds like he was helping them heel.

Looking things up might do you good. "Jamoke" is decades old. It's been in use since at least the 40's to mean sucker/loser/chump/idiot.

What the hell is an Aluminum Falcon?

"Galt's Gulch" doesn't actually exist, you know.

Self imposed, natural, or market driven limitations are fine. When you start forcing companies to do what you wish, that's when you start playing a very dangerous game.

LA pre-Carb and pre EPA. People have short memories. When that happens, we are bound to repeat the same mistakes

More like Europe showing everyone else how it is done in terms of engine tech back in the day. The Japanese resisted fuel injection and other modern engine management innovations just as long as the Americans did. Longer actually, the last carb'd cars and trucks sold in the US were all Japanese.

In many artistic and technical endeavors limitations inspire creativity. When you have everything to choose from you are not pushed to change the current state. However, on the flipside, if there are too many limitations things will stagnate also. It's a balance that is hard to achieve.

A lot of people don't realize that efficiency = power. The more efficient a car is, the less power it is wasting. This can be used to two effects, the less entertaining one of downsizing something because you can make the required power in a smaller package, or the fun one of getting every last bit of power out of

The more I think about it, though, the more I realize just how backwards we have it. Cars today are by far more powerful, more efficient, and better performing in nearly every possible metric — and a hell of a lot of why is thanks to the EPA and all those damned rules.

Not even a joke by much. I'm still surprised when I see a porn star roughly as big as Chris. It was a visual turn on for sure, but it was like trying to give head to a forearm.
