When I first read the headline I winced, thinking she was uncharacteristically whining. When I read the article, however, I realized what she was doing: figuring out what went wrong in order to help the next Democrat get elected.

As Clinton herself said, there were a lot of reasons. It’s also true that Comey was undoubtedly instrumental in depressing turnout for her. It is fair to say so, though this headline is extremely misleading with regard to her actual remarks.
