I personally think it’s all down to portions. You can literally eat everything, if you eat three main mid-size meals with some fruits / veg in between, you can still be slim. You can even eat chocolate for breakfast that way, if you feel like it.

I found myself in a long-term relationship which started half a year ago, so can’t really tell for how long we’ll be able to manage this way, but this is how it goes:

I feel your pain. This happened to me last January. The half a year since that was really hard... I went through the classic process of smoking/ drinking/ partying/ casual sex... you name it. I still think of him daily and know that in my heart, he always will be the one.
