If you’re trying to improve your speaking habits, this is bad advice.

That doesn’t really look like a steroid-assisted build on that dude. Have there been stories about this guy using steroids? If not, I’d save that accusation; dude looks like he might lift three times a week or so, and isn’t overweight. He’s far from jacked, and long-term steroid abuse has some pretty serious tells

“It doesn’t matter that most of the time no one shoots me with that thing,” wrote Reddit user BitterBubblegum. “Constantly expecting it is the thing that reduces the enjoyment.”

Artists do it for themselves and the profit is a bonus. The term starving artist exists for a reason.

The opposite for me. The bugginess in PUBG is a turn off for me, plus, the cartoon-like world of Fortnite just makes it more fun. So many ‘real’ games out there, I like the chance Epic took artistically.

I 100% agree with this. I was so hyped for PUBG to come to Xbox One, but I find myself still playing Fortnite instead. It’s just so much fun and a much smoother experience.

I’m enjoying the resurgence of colorful cartoony graphics after suffering for decades with gritty “realism” and grey and brown color pallets.

Might be superficial of me (probably is) but i think PUBG (like all Counter-Strikes to date) is one of the blandest looking games i’ve ever seen.
Fortnite has pretty solid art direction and the engine is really really cool.

Yes, I’m black and have been living in Japan for 11 years. I’ve spent time working in English schools, public schools, universities and businesses. I have friends of every race here, and I find this to be total BS. I nor my friends have ever experienced this kind of racism here.

Pulling your eyes slantwise to portray Asians? Sure. We’ll laugh together with you. After all, standup comedians do impersonations all the time. There’s even a color joke in a blue baby in the most recent Thor.

Hiroshima. Did Hamada portray lynching, or intentionally joke about death (which, I must point out, a

Outside the USA “blackface” is not really considered an issue, especially in countries with little or no dark-skinned population.

I have to agree with the criticism largely: on kotaku I expect the headline to be answered in the article, even if it’s about a video or podcast. Your comment here is exactly what I came looking for - because I want to watch, but I can’t for at least 16 hours.

I have to agree with some of the criticisms, re: presentation that you’re getting here. While it’s super interesting to follow what you’re doing, and I full-well understand that you’re using Kotaku to promote your YouTube series—because, let’s be honest: this is a YT series being advertised through Kotaku—the fact

Cute. Part of growing up is not commenting about things you know nothing about.

Sooo a Kotaku article that’s blatent click-baitisement for a 20min video? I thought the point of an article with a title like “You won’t believe the reason they gave for Barret losing his arm on the japanese version” was to actually TELL US what the reason is, instead of using it as a plug for a 20 minutes lets play.

Something important to note in all of this:

The, “I never asked to be a role model/hero/what have you” argument certainly feels like it should be salient, and it’s true, up to a point—sports figures of all stripes, traditional, e-sport, or otherwise, only ever asked for an opportunity to do what they do at a very high

You’re logic is shot and your example is utterly ridiculous in comparison. If you work for a bank, and your boss offers you a raise, and says “you can’t say anything bad about me or the company” then you discover that your boss is stealing money from bank accounts... if you talk about it, you still keep the moral high

Ya know, vastly fewer people probably would have paid attention to the statement if they hadn’t banned him. This seems alot like a “Throwing water on oil fire” situation.

Nah, some of us just hate plants so much, we see consuming meat products as getting in the way of absolutely destroying lettuce. How are avocados ever going to learn their place if I’m wasting time, energy, and belly space filling up on, I dunno...meatloaf?
