While leaning more M-rated than T-rated, the various Shin Megami Tensei games (except Persona) are usually some variety of Pokémon-for-grown-ups. You collect monsters (based on myth), and fight turn-based battles.

F/GO sadly has more objectionable content than just Raiko. I will say that a lot of the characters look fine, sometimes great even (especially the ones based on their anime series), but, on the flip side a lot of their ‘original’ content dives so deep into perversion that it goes to the point of being both distracting…

It usually takes something in the ballpark a year for an newly hired _experienced_ game developer to be a true net positive (especially the more technically-oriented types). Before that they tend to slow down the existing (highly productive) senior developers who has to teach the new developer about the company’s code…

It is drawn so it looks like a terribly uncomfortable ‘accessory’. If anything I’d say it raises awareness about actual issues not properly disposing of trash entails.

Wasn’t the problem that the game was rushed and had basically no endgame content for said hardcore gamers to play whatsoever? Hardcore gamers are usually the heart of games like these. They are the people creating guilds, streaming raids, etc. Casual gamers are much more fickle.

I think pretty much anyone who writes stories, works on games, plays roleplaying games, etc. has a ‘colourful’ search history. I think they can also use patterns and statistics to figure out that you are a huge nerd and not a huge threat to national security though.

You underestimate human ignorance, stupidity, and more than anything: human stubborness. There are people who will turn on their TV hear Trump saying “We’ll make America Great again!” and just think ‘Wow, this looks like a guy who could fix this country!’.
