It's not brought up often because doing so doesn't fit the narrative that only women can be sexually assaulted/harassed. It's the same principal that when Brazilian streamers call all men trash no one bats an eye. 

Im honestly surprised we don’t hear about this kind of stuff more often. Most of the time when you see sexual harassment you automatically assume it’s towards women, because it usually is.
