Try test driving one. Make sure to try out the infotainment and all the driving tech this thing has. Put it through it’s paces. You’ll come away thinking different. I did. We purchased our Touring a month ago. I wasn’t even thinking about an Accord back in November, but Honda changed my mind big-time.

I picked up the ‘18 Accord 2.0 Touring the day after Christmas. It’s freaking brilliant. I still can’t believe I got this much car for $35k. Definitely consider it. You won’t regret it.

I’ve been driving a new car (2018 Accord) for three weeks with a surprisingly excellent implementation of adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assist, and it’s not like that at all. I found the systems reduce workload, driving frustration, and fatigue, and actually help to keep me more alert while also more

I’m guessing you’re right. Even if not in autopilot, the collision mitigation system should step in and brake to reduce the impact speed. I think the car and it’s driver would have ended up a lot worse if it was a full-speed hit.

If that even happened. Let’s let the facts come out first.

Aaannd they’re gone. Bummer.

It does, and that sucks, but the only way to combat decades of abuse of power, which is driven by massive amounts of money, is all-out war. Same as the Weinstein issue. One has to get the flamethrowers out and keep on going until a new social norm sets in. That’s what it takes.

I completely agree. Some will say that’s overkill. Some will point out the collateral damage to innocent people within the organization. But while collateral damage will happen, the overriding mission here is to make sure complacency in the face of child abuse never happens again. The only way to break the chain of

They may be able to sell that thing in China, but there’s no way in hell it’ll pass a crash test in the US or Europe. Where the heck do they put all the airbags?

Agreed. A REAL flying car, ie. the ones we grew up seeing in movies, has ANTI-GRAVITY technology. It can hover with minimal energy input.

Don’t forget that you will only be flying for your commute on good weather days and during the daytime, unless you invest the significant additional money and time into an instrument rating and a better plane capable of flying in more challenging conditions. And even then, on many days flying just isn’t safe.

I am very much looking forward to buying our first all-electric family car one day soon, but I completely agree with your statement. Interesting times ahead for sure.

0-60 in 1.9... I think they just did.

GTA super car? I’m actually ok with that.

You have a point there.

You mean the guy whose companies are sending private rockets to the ISS, have been selling the Model S (an amazing electric car) for several years, and are leading the way on autonomous driving development?

Yeah but you know what? It’ll work. This and the Semi reveal will buy them time with investors and much of the public to work through the Model 3 problems. And then, eventually, put these two new products out there. Also, the new batch of $50,000 reservation deposits won’t hurt either.

I’m quite certain Putin laughs his ass off about Trump’s incompetence over shots of vodka after each encounter with him

I already have the MacBook charger (since I have a MacBook) and picked up an Anker cable, but haven’t really had the need to charge the phone that way yet. Not sure it’s worth the bother. Just get an Anker multi-port 2A charger and keep your devices topped off with that. It charges at iPad charger speeds which has

I admit when the phone first arrived, the notch took a little getting used to. At times, it stood out, much like the lack of a home button, which I had used every day since 2008.
