Typically I’m saddened by unhealthy American food trends. This one works for me though. I am a fiend for spicy buffalo wings.

No comma after the question mark and a period after “answers.” Its totally acceptable (in journalism, anyway) to use a quotation, attribute it and then continue the quotation as another sentence.
