I liked Ready Player One. Not familiar with the source material so maybe that’s why? But I am not familiar with the source material on this either so I’m hoping I can enjoy it. I read another review that said this was the best manga / anime to live action movie ever made. (Not that that’s a particularly high bar...)

Since we don’t know the distance of the planetary disk, I can’t figure out if the other binary pair is further than the disk, inside the disk, or part of the disk. Any idea?

I’m having a hard time getting where the other 2 stars in this system would be located. Are they in the same plane as the disk? Are they in the disk? or further away than the disk or what? Why make a representation that doesn’t include all 4 stars?

As a Klipsch fan, I’m looking forward to hearing these, but I probably won’t buy them because in most cases when I’m using wireless earbuds, I want to be able to hear what’s going on around me somewhat. Also, the extra features of Airbuds on my iPhone would be hard to give up. They sure do look sexy though and I’d be

Perfect. Take all the stars.

No, that’s not what he meant. Tesla existed before Musk (under a different name) but do you honestly think they could have accomplished what they have without Musk’s money and connections?

SpaceX wouldn’t even exist without Musk seeing as he founded it.

The guy goes off the deep end sometimes with the things he says,

The news says avoid social media because people have probably posted videos of the creatures...and watching a video of one will still kill you. Although we didn’t know that at the time.

I just read a synopsis of the novel and they didn’t change hardly anything about this movie. Kind of unusual for a movie to be so

I only ever use Chrome (unless I’m doing cross-browser testing for a website we are developing) and Kinja works fine for me.

Saw these last night at a Walmart for $149. They only had the Pac-man and Galaxian / Galaga units, but I was really tempted...

I read somewhere that this movie is set 5 years after the snap....so if that’s the case, things would have settled down. And that would make sense too why they would be so shocked to see Scott after so long...they would have assumed he had been snapped out of existence when in reality he had been trapped in the

You don’t have to sue them in civil court over the actual losses. That’s if you want extra for pain and suffering or some other non-tangible loss.

In criminal charges, the defendant will be ordered to pay restitution for the actual losses incurred by the victim(s). Getting that money however, is a completely different

Ah yeah they did do the CGI mouths in the Babe movies. I wasn’t thinking that far back. I thought the CGI animals in Jungle Book were really well done though. Much better than in this trailer.

CGI in The Jungle Book movie a couple years ago blew this out of the water.

What movie did that? The Jungle Book live action movie from a couple years ago was pretty much completely CGI. The kid was the only thing real. Even the jungle was all CG.

Not sure what organization that was...but Alcor doesn’t work like that. You pay your fees (usually through life insurance) and then the interest from that keeps you going. No further money is needed from anyone.

Funny. But at the facility I toured, they don’t need electricity. It’s passively cooled like a giant thermos with liquid nitrogen that is topped off every so often.

Aren’t lottery winnings taxed the same as income? If so, how would you only be taxed at 24% by the feds? It should be 37%. (Was 39.6% last year but for 2018 Trump lowered it to 37% and increased the amount that it kicks in at.)

Pretty typical though. Anti-lock brakes, airbags, and lots of other now common car tech started out only available only on high-end, expensive vehicles. Besides, Porsche doesn’t make any low end cars. That’s not their market.

This is probably due to Uber...they were the first major player for ride sharing and they don’t allow tipping in the app. (Well, I know they didn’t...not sure if that changed as I haven’t used them in a long while.)

But even on short less than $10 trips I always tip the driver $3 when I use Lyft. I guess I wouldn’t if
