I assume that this movie is meant to be the launch of an Agatha Christie cinematic universe. I look forward to the Miss Marple/Poirot/Harley Quinn (not that one) team-up movie.

Too bad. I was hoping this would be good, but it’s entirely unnecessary. The 1974 film and the 1990s-ish PBS Mystery adaptation are both really good.

Obi-Wan thinking that the ability to lightly nag people constituted more power than one could possibly imagine was weird.

All bourbon is whiskey, but not all whiskey is bourbon. Jack Daniels checks all the boxes for bourbon (51% corn, aged in new charred oak, made in the U.S., 160 proof or less, etc.). They just go with “whiskey” for marketing purposes.

Poisson Ivy’s fish-based crimes never get old.

Huh. I assumed that Star Labs had no plumbing based on the pipeline cells.

Disney is altering the deal with reviewers. Pray they don’t alter it any further.

But, the article specifically mentions that:

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend should be on the list too.

When he kept her locked in a creepy dungeon and refused to let her contact her children.

I dunno. I thought it was pretty clearly implied that her “savior” intended to rape her.

I didn’t begrudge her stabbing and shooting that dude - she didn’t really have any non-lethal options available to her. It did make her lecture ring a little weird, though.

Yeah, that “I have a code!” thing in previews made me not see the movie, as it shows an unbelievable misunderstanding of the character. Parker has nothing but a ruthless professionalism.

I assume that the Root Signing Ceremony requires a pentagram made of salt, with a different colored candle at each point?

I am sorry I have but one star to give this.

But, does it use the super-awesome 70s theme song?

“This is great! It’s testing through the roof, and High Level Executive likes it! Should we put it one of the 30 tv stations Disney owns?”

Man, Bronze Age, not Silver! That’s much later than I thought.

You can, but it generally only happens when you’re caught with say, a pipe that has traces on it. I would think it would be almost impossible if the item was a suit case that was out of your possession for some period of time.
