Was the show better than usual? Yes. Were there ads literally popping up over each other while I tried to read this AVC recap? Also yes, and goddamn, what did we all do to deserve that?

What is your point?

People like Tillman think they're invincible. They're too arrogant to acknowledge their basic vulnerability. 

The only reason I didn't mind this one going too long was that Chloe Troast sang each new go-round. She has a hell of a voice.

I don’t know this show, I don’t watch this show, and I don’t know who came up with the idea that “bored of” is proper usage.  It’s “bored BY.”  Jesus H. Caviezel.  “Bored of” drives me right up the wall.

This is twice now in recent memory that I’ve seen cement at the ready when a body need to be buried. (Gemstones and another show...Goliath, maybe? Bosch?)

And Fancy Nancy’s also sports the McDonald’s color scheme. I daresay all three fast food joints are getting a gentle ribbing.

We made it as far as the GenZ hospital sketch before throwing in the towel on watching the full episode. But as we’d recorded the show, we FF'ed to WU, and thank goodness. Ego Nwodim's piece was perfect. 

I loved “Pineapple’s” wig. Great job to the wig wrangler.

Then release her, already, and stop stringing her along.

Andrew Dismukes had one line in the Universal Orlando sketch.

I thought last night’s show was almost all terrible. The “Bonjour Hi” thing...WTF was that? And not much of anything else was worth the time it took to watch.

Agreed.  I’ve always been sorry he didn’t win for THE WORLD ACCORDING TO GARP.
