Reminds me of Disney’s Aerosmith Rock n’ Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios. You get in the cue and you meet the band as their hits are played overhead. Every Dad over 40 is rocking out and the kids are going “Who the hell are these guys?!”.

Already seen the Trackhawk thrown in, so I have 3 other FCA recommendations:

Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. Because of that Car and Driver hit piece, these can be had for a great price slightly used; or lease a new one.

The ZR1's motor was actually manufactured by Mercury Marine

And the engine was assembled by Mercury Marine. Pretty weird.

I was hoping someone had a good picture of this. I had a 300ZX when Lamborghini started doing this. Made me love it even more.

A friend of mine had a diablo and if you take out that style light they were actually branded Nissan, at least they were on his anyway.

Or every motorhome using off the shelf head and taillights from popular makes and models of cars and trucks.

Slightly OT. Has anybody else noticed how it seams like every one of these on the road is a rust bucket? How many of us started wrenching on cars because we had to and we couldn’t afford someone else to do it?

My XJ was purchased for a cross-country move, which less than a year later let me to changing careers from the hotel industry to... something that isn’t. If I was still working in hotels I’d be unemployed now, so I

It’s funny how an old junker can motivate you into different things.

Um...

I feel almost nothing reading articles that complain about being bored by incredibly impressive feats of mechanical and aesthetic engineering that would make any actual car enthusiast weak in the knees to see in person. Why do we have to affect such a tone of disdain? Paganis, point blank, are incredible. I had a

For a lot of people, that extra $30 above the cost of supplies is worth it to have someone else crawl under the car, get their hands greasy, discard the oil (which can come with a fee depending on where you take it for recycling) and put it all back together for you.

if a family had to pool funds to buy it originally, maybe they couldn’t really afford it and being stolen shortly thereafter and also ‘lost’ means they kept the car and insurance money
