According to Stellarium, the moon is going to rise slightly before the sunset... you might want to be out there a half an hour before sunset if you want to see the moon rise.

@dreaming neon black: I use Seesmic, similar to TweetDeck, which usually is taking up my laptop screen or secondary monitor, with 4-5 columns. One for my TL, one for all @ replies directed at me, and one for Facebook. The 4th column is usually a search window for trending topics. Sometimes I'll throw LinkedIn up

There's a version of the script that turns the entire browser window into a MouseOver area, so you don't even have to hover over the message to bork your browser. Turn off java script (which will at least prevent the script from RTing the message), and just stay away from Twitter.com. What a mess.

@Wwhat: The yen is doing well against the British pound as well as Euro, so I'd say it's a strong yen. And the strength of a currency isn't directly related to the economic situation of the country, but what investors place value on. The word on the street is that in this day and age of a global economic crisis,

Rumours abound that it'll be ~120,000 yen. Which is, unfortunately under current strong yen, about $1400. It ain't gonna be a "poor-man's X1"... more like a "slightly less rich-man's X1".

Now playing

Yeah, definitely a trend. The sea monsters know about our cameras!!!

@MacAttack: But it's been speculated that iOS and OSX will grow closer together, and possibly merge. Think of an iPad that'll act pretty much like a better version of the current iPad, *but* when you attach a keyboard to is, and with a flick of a switch, it can give you an OSX like environment, for when you need to

@MacAttack: You could never replace it with the *current incarnation* of the iPad.

The camera is based on one of my favorites, the Hasselblad SWC (Super Wide C), which produces awesome, awesome landscape photos.

This is totally for the gadget pantsing revolution he started, right? Amiright? Very well deserved. Keep it up! Which is to say, we miss the pantsing.

@92BuickLeSabre: I understand, and your example of the term "justified" is a good example where the definition of the term (and knowledge thereof) could/should alter the judgment of the jury. I just don't see how the same could be said about this particular case, unless, of course, there's another meaning to it :-D

@synpro: HOLY SHIT!!!! THAT is the twist!!!!

@92BuickLeSabre: I don't question the terms under which it was deemed a mistrial, but I do question why the term "prudent" (=legally viable) could have been a key term.

@Mark Borja: Trust me, Seesmic runs on Silverlight. Perhaps they changed with Seesmic 2 (which is what I have running on both my iMac and MacBook Pro)?

Nobody's get anything on Blu for stop-motion graffiti art.

@fireb0x: If you haven't tried Seesmic yet, do so now. 5 minutes with Seesmic, and I'm never going back to Tweetdeck.

@Tetsuooooooo: Seesmic is Silverlight, not Air (that's Tweetdeck), and, save for a few stuff they could add (global filter comes to mind), it's a boat load of awesome.

@beiber: Neither. It was a question, as the question mark at the end of the sentence hopefully makes clear.

@DEK46656: You think ~50% of the country supports this bat shit crazy loon? For the sake of the conservative movement, our society, and humanity that you are very, very wrong.

@Augureone: And an Android phone can run an Android only app. What's *your* point? It's stupid to want a device that will run apps designed specifically for it?
