If I ever got a Justy, I'd fiddle around with gear knob to have that button concealed by an aircraft-style switch block (like the one they'd have to fire a missile). Just so I'd seem like a badass every time I kick it into 4WD.

Our friendship shall conquer the seven seas!
And if we could be so bold, let us also say that no ship could ever be as grand or as wonderful as worldwide friendship. Go ahead and hug the person sitting next to you right now. If you're crying while you're reading this, that's perfectly understandable. Tears of joy at the wonderment of humanity are pouring out at…
Worldwide friendship?
I'm leaving.

Fast and Furious: Modern Racing. Calling it right now.
It's been determined that racing a car is second only to hitting a major league baseball in terms of being the hardest thing to do in sports, but while the barrier to playing baseball has historically been low, the costs associated with racing makes it extremely difficult for anyone to access.
Would I be worse than the people with adenoids if I knew that McLaren F1 fact before this article? Oh well, it's a worthy car to know far too much about.
I was surprised it was revoked completely, rather than having the record downgraded to 258 mph. Guinness has already certified that it can do more than that, so if they had a problem with the speed limiter in the first place, why not officially downgrade it to 258, considering that is still faster than the SSC.
They probably did this in response to our comment section.
Mhmm, I don't know why I didn't mention the MP4. I'm curious how many people have chosen to buy one of those over the 458.
While the sales make an obvious argument for why Lamborghini keeps going with the model, I think (I should look up the numbers on this for sure, so this is just pure speculation) that the release of the 458 really should have been a sign for Lamborghini to move on. I'm just surprised that they haven't been more urgent…
Yep. Which is made worse considering the Ferrari 360 was still in production when it was released.
I still think the Gallardo is much further in the lead. Maybe not in the same class, but it is quite ridiculous how far Lamborghini is stretching that model.
Me: Hey look, Toronto in a video game!
He really should be holding a sledgehammer instead of a baseball bat. That's my only nitpick about this.
You guys missed that right beside it, in the same paint, is spelled "DANISH". So a cock danish? I'm pretty sure that tastes good to someone.
This isn't really new. The McLaren F1 had the record at 240 mph, but it technically couldn't reach that speed in production, as McLaren had to disable the rev limiter to allow it to happen. Yes, it is mechanically possible for the F1 to reach 240, but only at 7800 RPM at 6th gear. Stock, you're going to top out at…
