This is an honest gut punch, I had the chance to meet her at NYCC a couple years back when they were celebrating Bebop’s 20th and she was just a legend.

Wolf’s Rain, Cowboy Bebop, Tokyo Godfathers, Macross Plus, Samurai Champloo, Space Dandy, Carole and Tuesday: This is a murderer’s row of anime classics over the past 3 decades, and this woman’s responsible for writing a good chunk, if not most of them. I grew up with them and still am in awe of them all.

Such a legend. I guess I should go watch Wolf’s Rain since I haven’t yet. Macross Plus is the best Macross, I highly recommend it if you haven’t seen it. I am excited to see it on the big screen next week.

Or how many times I’ve heard the theme to Stargate in movie trailers...

Because then they can’t write hot-take click-bait.

It is indeed bad and I can get why they kicked him out of the show.

Step one: read this book

I’m so pumped for this. I only hope it matches the level of hype that I’ve created in my mind.

“Welcome to Rivendell... Mister Anderson. You know the thing I hate about elves? It’s the smell. I feel... saturated by it.”

The real conversation here is how great Hugo Weaving was as V in “V for Vendetta”.

“Meet the new boss...”
