You have a fundamental misunderstanding of quantum mechanics. Consciousness is not required for a wave function to collapse. The observer is not required to be conscious. If two particles collide, then their wave functions collapse. Neither of those particles need to be conscious.

Consciousness is not defined by interaction with other consciousnesses. If one self aware being inhabited a universe, it would still be conscious. The “other” is not necessary for consciousness, it does not require that you know others, you just have to be aware of yourself.
