It's a cute/fun idea, but I would worry about safety. The paracord is strong, but I'm not sure about the way internally it is secured on the plastic pegs. I have a small dog, but she gains hulk like powers in the presence of a squirrel or a squirrel decoy (i.e. pinecone).

Please note that formatting is not the same thing as erasing. You're basically getting rid of the file/directory pointers. The data is still there and can be easily recovered using the appropriate tools.
