I think the Judge is obligated to rule that way if there is a law preventing leaving a car idling, regardless if the law is stupid.

It’s not great, but for as big as it is, it’s superb.
It was 2008 or so, and I was driving a 350Z. Took a girl out to dinner. We get in the car, and we start making out. I forget the hand brake is down. Foot comes off brake. Car is in neutral.
You realize that he hasn’t lost (yet), and that this is an obvious move by party insiders to drive down turnout, right? She “clinched” the nomination by having anonymous party insiders call the AP and pledge to vote for her as super delegates at the convention.
So, democratic party insiders meet with the AP to declare the election over the day before five important primaries, despite the fact that super delegates haven’t voted yet and can’t until July? And the associated message is “there’s no point in voting for Sanders”?
“can you provide some specific foreign policy positions that Hillary holds that are contrary to traditional democratic party positions?”
I’m confused about why people care about Kim Kardashian in general.
When a black person is pronounced, after his death, to have transcended race, it means that white people have stopped holding his blackness against him—the way they deigned to, out of the helpless benevolence of their hearts, with Michael Jackson and Prince.
I’ll agree that the “they don’t know what’s best for them” dialogue is very distasteful... But that’s kind of the democratic platform in general... “Anyone who doesn’t agree with me is an idiot” is kind of how the modern democratic party works. I find it extremely distasteful.
“But what is one pertinent demographic fact about the majority of Southern Democrats?”
It depends on how old you are, or how much history you know.
They’re not even a little communist anymore.
Hilariously, one of the Chinese phone companies (I think it’s huawei) is suing samsung for patent infringement.
Ford owned JLR at that point, and those cars were based off the same platform.
I go to China a lot, and I’ve seen a lot more range rover evoques than land wind X7s. Although I will say that when I DID see one, I had to do a double take because of how close it really was to an evoque.
Actually, if it’s a safety issue, it IS up to NASCAR.
I would define “well ahead” as the porsche trying to out-brake into the corner and then hitting the back wheel of the corvette. The Porsche could not have taken the Corvette even had the Audi not been there and should have given way, giving the proper racing line to the Corvette.
I actually wrote one of these for buying a vintage english roadster after looking at many TR6es. (I’m still looking for another, if you know anybody.)
Have YOU ever raced wheel to wheel on a track, period? Because that observation is correct-ish at best.
Though you are correct that he wasn’t to the dry line yet, it was still his fault... It’s a racing incident and not malicious, but the corvette was well ahead of the porsche. The contact point was the corvette’s back wheel. The corvette had the outside line, and the Porsche was trying to outbrake the R8 to the inside.…
