That may be your understanding of the word “rape”, but it’s not necessarily the specific legal definition of the crime under investigation here.

The distinction is about the nature of the crime. It’s a legal distinction as opposed to a moral one. DC has three tiers of “Sexual Abuse”. Just FYI.
What about on a two lane road with no passing opportunities, like a mountain road?
The one that kills me is on two lane roads... And the left lane is being blocked by a car going barely faster than the right lane, but obviously slower than the 25 cars stuck behind them. And you can’t pass on the right.
Honestly, the majority of Gawker’s (politically slanted) sites’s commenters are pretty bad. There are better ones, and you have to seek out the good. And sometimes call out the bad.
Isn’t “in race conditions” exactly what we’re talking about?
Yeah... It it were up to the engineers Honda would make NSXs into minivans.
Unless you want the lowest weight and care about fuel economy, I presume.
That is not true at all, and actually is based on preference. N/A is generally easier to drive around a track, because the power is more linear. Turbos put more strain on the engine and require more cooling especially on track days, and are more challenging to drive... But they’re the most efficient and have the best…
One of my old bosses used to say, “There comes a point in the project when you have to shoot the engineer.”
Yeah, that’s not how the world works. Designers and engineers design to specification goals set by someone else. Cost and Manufacturability are often critical drivers.
Damn, Daniel. Hopefully they won’t be back at it again with those S.W.A.T. vans.
The great thing about this is, almost any hand-built Ferrari in good shape and worth its prancing horse badge will suffice. Ferrari 308s, 348s, 360s, and F430s are all appreciating at an alarming pace, with manual transmissions getting rightfully snagged up by the well-to-do nouveau-riche.
So, what should be the penalty for skirting the system? Deportation might not be the answer, but part of the government’s covenant with the people is enforcing the laws.
You know spade is a racist term for black people, right?
No, I definitely understand the difference.
I think there is a little bit of both... I’m sure there’s some misogyny involved for some of Clinton’s detractors... But there are also some issues with the way she has handled things as secretary of state, and I’ve been more disappointed with the way she handled it than anything else.
Sorry, but no.
Was it just me, or did they not seem to be going that fast?
