With Giger, the only real question is: Are the things I’m seeing in a pre-, current, or post-fucking state?

Dude, it’s a joke. The whole thread is a play on “Cats are the intelligent, evil overlords of the human race” joke.
Man, Moore gives no fucks. I mean, I think Harry Potter is great literature for young people but I do love Moore’s unrepentant surliness.
If Thanos is slowly crushing/breaking his neck, the prelude to it would conceivably manifest symptoms of asphyxia. You can’t slowly crush — crush, not snap — a person’s neck (with a front-side grip) without partially suffocating them first.
Okay. I agree there’s no need to fight. Glad you’re safe.
This is the mark, the crux, the point:
“or quite simply it is criticism. How’s a filmmaker suppose to improve if they dont know where they went wrong?”
This is probably the effort of youngish filmmakers and animators honing their skills on passion projects. We needn’t hold them to high standards and, even if we do, we needn’t ridicule them with cheap insults about their work.
There’s a lot more to TV shows than just da moneys. Logistics, scheduling, narrative. All of these things play a part in what can and can’t be done. That’s not to say budget didn’t play its part, but let’s not stand on that one leg.
“Agents of SHIELD is actually an excellent example of how they tried the idea on for size and subsequently said ‘nah’ - they never did it like in Season 1 again, and as time went on AoS completely pulled away from the movie continuity.”
I mean, I got the impression he wasn’t strangled so much as had all the important bits of his throat crushed, including the spine. Seemed a little more brutal than mere asphyxiation, hence the sudden shift from alive and struggling to floppy and glassy-eyed.
“Loki attaches his spirit to Wanda and together they solve crime. Ghost Loki that never leave Wanda alone.”
“Hiddleston not so much. Maybe he had a career in the UK but international despite a few good things like, he’s still mostly Loki. He certainly hasn’t cracked it to A-list.”
Just because you cannot think of a viable, contemporary adaptation for mutants does not mean one does not exist. Unless, of course, you are the apogee of creativity in this world.
Haters everywhere.
Fascinating.
Well, that escalated quickly.
Aw, I was hoping it was some Mary Poppins vs Evil alternative take that was filled with her trademark British wit (and impeccable fashion sense).
“Vote with your wallets! Because you’re not allowed to express yourself otherwise!”
I’m so mad at Natalie Portman for opting out of the MCU simply because it meant we lost her sidekick, too.
