I HAVE GOOD FEELINGS ABOUT THIS MOVIE.

Aside from the general awesomeness of the Woman Power in this sentence:

I’m honestly excited to see this movie.

I’m in love with Gal. Have been since the Gisele and Han days of Fast Five (judge me. I give zero shits.) She’s effortlessly beautiful, totally down-to-earth and funny, and she is wearing flats and sandals for the entire press tour for Wonder Woman.

Funny story: years ago my husband and I talked about our celebrity “hall passes” and his was Lynda Carter (really Wonder woman but same) and his first job in the video game industry was with Bethesda Softworks. After finding out that she was married to the owner of the company I told him I cancelled the pass.

Wearing my geek pride here. I loved the fact that Lynda Carter married the head of Zenimax and that she graciously lent her voice to the Elder Scrolls series since the Morrowind days. So. Damn. Awesome!

It’s been nice having her show up a few times in Supergirl.
Good to know she’s still (a) awesome and (b) still dipping her foot into the superheroine realm.

Love this! And I love how great Lynda Carter looks. Because of her, I tracked down adult Underoos just so I could be Wonder Woman under my clothes once again, lol.

Lynda Carter is 65 years old.

My parents went to the creation museum yesterday. I want to curl up under my desk and cry. I swear when I was growing up it wasn’t this bad. It was okay to say “I don’t know.” when people asked how things happened. I grew up evangelical. My parents are smart people. They should know better.

I maintain they think Catholics are a soft target, so to speak. They never mentioned any of the really weird shit to our atheist/agnostic friends, but I guess they figured I’d be a more receptive audience (nope! But my default setting is to be polite when startled, which in retrospect may have given them false hope -

I pictured Lennie Briscoe saying this. +1

I was wearing cargo shorts when I typed that.

Question: Do I have to be a dad to make those jokes? I’m not a dad but I make those jokes. I made those jokes when I was 6 years old.

I haven’t seen this many shoes about to drop since a shelf started to tip at Payless.

Great, now I have to hold up my end of the bargain to be a better person and call my mother more often.

EVERYONE GETS LOCKED UP!!!!

“Crooked Jared?”

They must have met today. Why no pictures, internet?
