There should be a correction. In one of the three cases brought by women, he was found responsible. He appealed, and the complainant could not attend the hearing since she had already graduated, and so those charges were dropped. Dropped due to a scheduling technicality that Columbia didn’t seem to care about.

The only thing he could sue her for was slander/libel, and to do that, he would have to prove in court that she was lying. Which he would be totally unable to do.

Also, it may seem like semantics but can we please use the language “died by suicide”? There is a movement to shift this language to reflect the fact that it is rarely a choice in the way “commit” implies.
