Looks in pretty good shape David! That rust doesn’t even look all that bad...I imagine if you sorted the rust and then got it undercoated, it would last you a good long time yet considering the mileage...?

Yeah, the reason the F-150 and RAM are beating the Silverado/Sierra twins is because the Silverado and Sierra look ugly as hell.
See, this is the kind of thing I want in an Electric car...something smaller, more basic, cheaper....if it can get near the range of a gasoline car of the same size and charging networks get sorted out, this would make me more of an electric believer...
Agreed, also this was a massive waste of taxpayer money.
Completely agreed....how those invisible things ever passed, I have no idea.
Don’t forget the Citroen DS also had it’s rear turn signal integrated into the rear pillar, albeit directly-rear facing!
Definitely the 2CV and DS, agreed!
The Citroen DS, and the classic FIAT 500!
Haha! Beam.NG! You can buy the separate game Automation, fully design your own cars in that and then export and drive them in realistic physics in Beam.NG! :)
Unless they will offer them in many styles and colors, or they can be mounted on other rims, this means no more personalized wheels for a lot of people if they wanted them :/
Great explanation!
The Polish FSO Syrena also had the radiator behind the engine as well!
I’m one of those idiots that actually likes basic, cheap cars and I think the Mirage does perfectly fine at being effective and honest reliable motoring. All you need and nothing you don’t. It’s ridiculous how safe modern cars have become....even the ‘bottom of the barrel’...
“My ZAZ 968M broke down every other time I drove it.
CS4 here!
Agreed, I have Chrome and Firefox installed and I always come back to Firefox - the Quantum update awhile back was done really well, it runs pretty well, and I really like how the interface is a lot more customizable than Chrome!
And just to be that guy, you could get Firefox instead, click the ‘Page Actions’ button and then click ‘Take a Screenshot’ and just tell it to get the entire page....built in function requiring no fancy tricks.
AWESOME! *Looks at his Kinja handle* This is exactly the kind of car I love! Sure, cars like the classic FIAT 126p, Trabant, Yugo, etc are objectively terrible cars from most people’s standpoints....not very practical, slow, unsafe, basic, uncomfortable....but they have a very humble charm and character about them.…
Would LOVE to import one someday! Will probably import a FIAT 126p from Poland first though as same drivetrain/driving dynamics, lots of interchangeable parts, and a lot cheaper! :P
Would also love to import a Piaggio Ape TM (the slightly larger one with the steering wheel/pedal setup as an option) someday, but here in…
Canadian-spec Minis are VERY rare! Most rusted out as BL rust-rustproofing was crap and did nothing in our salty winters.
There’s a local gentleman here in Nova Scotia where I live that has an older Canadian-spec LHD Mini in a lovely shade of brown prior to all the changes you’ve mentioned....he also has a Porsche 356…
