Depends on what you're after. Most mainstream sites follow Lit's model of categorization to a great degree but are smaller. Lush Stories, for example, has some good stuff and is pretty popular, the downside being that the ratings are also not heavily helpful.

Honestly, Lit is hard to deal with anymore. It's too big to have as few ways to sort as it does. Not including codes was a huge mistake that's irreparable now.
