And here I was worried this sort of thing was subjective, and that I liked some of them. Thanks for setting me straight bud.

Look, I get the whole politics and career maneuvering and whatnot, but there’s something to be said for finishing what you start. I don’t watch this show, but even I know her and Arrow guy are a thing, so she has a presence that would be missed at least.  Hopefully they find someway to write her out that makes sense,

Ehh, I can see it both ways. Yeah it’s her livelihood but she owes a big part of her livelihood to Arrow and her fans. She was relatively unknown before Arrow.

I know this may come off as potential victim shaming which is not my intention, but this all just seems a bit too surreal. Could it be that we have found the Jussie Smollett of sexual assault?

I tend to believe the victim in these situations, but this has felt off ever since I read her claim about it happening the night of his injury.

Why the hell is someone shaking down a guy who makes $6m/year for five figures? That doesn't make sense guilty or not.

This whole thing is a shitshow and I hope justice is served.

“See, superheroes don’t have to be escapist — they can deal with real-life issues and emotions as well!”

And I think that’s something that we’ve seen in X-Men movies, but I think this movie is probably much more grounded and real and raw because of that.

Wow, seriously, losing one of their three main characters for the last 10 episodes of the show? That suck balls. I’m really curious why she is leaving so close to the end now.

They also didn't call actress Leslie Jones a "womanbaby" when she went on a manbaby-style rant at the new Ghostbuster's teaser announcement.

I honestly think Ghostbusters 2 (like Predator 2 and Alien 3) gets an unfairly bad rap. I loved that movie as a kid. Big Liberty striding down the street had me jumping up and down in glee :D

Yep. No problem whatsoever with lady-Ghostbusters. Problems with the director, the script, the casting, etc? Absolutely.

Does this mean some of your writers will be more open to it now, as opposed to the pretty hostile reaction it seemed the original announcement got?

Girls, in my Ghostbusters? Yeah, that’s just how things go, it’s really not a big deal

I know they meant well but daaaaaaaaaaaamn... This was like some staff writers at SNL wrote a skit of news people trying to act hip and young. Actually, at least then it would have been kinda funny because this was all cringe. The part of me that hasn’t been a teenager since the 90s cringed on behalf of all the kids

I haven’t watched this movie in like three years and it’s amazing how much better these 90 seconds are than the whole nine hours of the Snyder Murderverse Trilogy. It actually feels like a goddamn comic book — the composition of the shots, the dialogue, that oh shit! anything can happen thing.

yeah but the GotG movie basically just adapted the already-cool and interesting Rocket and Groot characters from the comics. None of the Eternals are particularly cool or interesting, instead being bland and boring. I do trust marvel studios to make a good Eternals movie, but find it an odd choice when there are so

Huh. This is the first negative review I’ve seen; both Polygon and The Mary Sue apparently loved it.

“Who thought this redo was a good idea?”
