Have you ever met any children? Spent time with children of that age group? Strangely enough, it turns out they’re just like real people! If they say they witnessed abuse, or insist they want nothing to do with a specific person, they tend to have a reason.

The way the judge treated the children in court was completely unacceptable under ANY circumstances. And somehow they all managed to not go into the wild fits of cussing on the transcript? But the second they’re out of court they attack all the adults trying to “help” them? Yeah, that seems plausible.

Exactly! Studies on domestic abuse show it is rare for either partners or children ton fabricate stories of abuse. Yet she tells this boy he is lying about abuse he witnessed, then threatens his basic safety and physical freedom with jail? The judge should recuse herself from the case entirely, since she clearly does not have the best interest of those children in mind. I don’t give two shits about the background of the parents. There is no situation that could justify the way she bullied and emotionally abused those children in her court.

The entire concept of “parental alienation” is highly disputed, and definitely not established in the medical field. The simplest explanation tending to be the true one, seems FAR more likely the kids don’t want to be around their dad because of something he did. Brainwashing? Seriously? smfh

Since the judge is so grossly incompetent she put the children in jail instead of finding safe shelter for them, and she was profoundly abusive in her courtroom, it really doesn’t matter if the mother was abusive. There are almost no situations more dangerous than juvenile incarceration.
