Man, this would be deeply satisfying. Dany and Cersei’s escalation leads to a calamity neither of them had actually wanted, or at least not to that scale.

Fraggle Rock stuck the landing.  I remember that last episode.

i regret i have but one star to give

The story needed big help, which makes sense if they were focusing on procedurally-generated planets for so long. (Why they thought people wanted a focus on randomly generated exploration in their narrative-driven, choice-based RPG franchise is another question).

Clever girl.

Annihilating Deacon in new and interesting ways because I dropped all my points into stealth combat and better pockets instead of anything that can stop a horde. Oops.

What a shame, this game had a lot of style.  I hope everyone involved goes on to great things.

Many congrats!

Wii U versions of games don’t port themselves ex nihilo like maggots from meat.

Hard disagree. Blackwatch Reyes is awesome, Original Flavor Reaper is already available in every other iteration.

Thanks for the heads up on For the King. Looks interesting.

God, Horizon on a Pro and 4K must be amazing.  I was constantly distracted with taking pictures in that game.

If you like it, I would rec the ‘Ezio Trilogy’ (AC2, Brotherhood, Revelations). Brotherhood is really beautiful for being as much an expansion as its own game.

Long week of head colds and obligations, couldn’t manage anything but eat-work-sleep. Looking forward to relaxing with a few hours of hitting zombies with a nailbat.  Maybe some Wandersong if I need to remember what colors look like.

Clearly you don’t live in the rainy and cold northeast. This weather is so, so dumb.

Sorry, the story still sucks. If you tilt your head and stare you can kind of make out what it could have been.

It’s not really ‘uncanny valley’ so much as ‘just awful’.

It’s not bad? I played it starting with the day-one patch and it’s a solid effort, especially from a studio that I think only has this as their first big open-world game.

I think my favorite was either the ‘as I write this from atop my pelvic cathedra in a world of unspeakable mayhem’ review of Gods of Egypt or the “Michael Bay Object Permanence’ Spoiler Review of Transformers: The Last Knight.
