As much as we in the US say we don’t want any sort of royalty, it seems like we desperately need somewhere to park the symbolic stuff. Otherwise we start trying to load all that pomp and circumstance onto the President when they should never be any more inherently impressive than any other elected official.

Game broken halfway through. Yazmat left, lesser writers spackled in the missing pieces with Squeenix (tm) brand tropes, regardless of logic or reason.

Pikuniku was kind of cute. Don’t miss Tearaway if you’ve got the system to play it, it’s a delight. Abzu is terribly pretty.

Days Gone. I know it’s just a basic game experience, but I want to hang out in the Pacific Northwest for a bit.  Probably play Box Boy + Box Girl, hooray for couch co-op.

It always scares the hell out of my cat.

I mean, after playing Persona 5 I am pretty ok with this.

Oh, the minute I heard about EA buying Respawn and definitely the moment Apex arrived I figured there’d never be another Titanfall 2-comparable single-player campaign again.

HZD could so easily have put the player into the moment just before the emperor was toppled - it’s usually the standard moment for these sorts of games, because there’s so much to do and the player character gets to be the hero and it’s just the way it’s always done.

The real zombie was within you all along.

I love Persona games, but I really wish Atlus would allow players to easily complete everyone’s arc in one playthrough, or go back and specifically finish character chapters they weren’t able to.

2017 was a stupidly good year for gaming.

Simply the best.

... and immediately I am hearing the opening theme in Tetris.

Buying My Time at Portia for a friend, so probably watching that while trying to finish up Fire Emblem: Fates because this is supposed to be the Year of Playing the Backlog even though I’m also buying Days Gone next week instead of just admitting I should probably just move to the Pacific Northwest and be done with it.

The protagonist of Watch Dogs 2 does some stellar voice acting, and I just love driving around the world, causing chaos from afar. I really hope Ubisoft doesn’t abandon the series.

I am so excited this is going couch co-op.

Nothing in this world is a sure bet.

A considerable percent of curated content people produce for actual money is garbage, so it’s even more amazing to me when we get people making any amazing content, mods, etc for free.

Watching them follow up 76 with Blades was like that Calvin and Hobbes cartoon where Calvin has the derailing train, the crashing plane and the earthquake all zeroing in on the house where the guy with the gas leak is about to light a match.

I enjoy your videos enough to buy this based off the headline alone. Thanks for the rec!
