Oh for sure, which is why I disagreed with IBY’s original comment. I guess I just meant “trivial” in comparison to the other 7,328 things that Republicans and corporations do to induce anger on a daily basis.
Lol, I get it. Every day is a never ending sea of anger-inducing bullshit and often times I find myself too burnt out on it all to give a fraction of a fuck about something trivial.
I mean, of course the article wouldn’t exist. The source is the point. You can’t change the source, and the source matters.
I see a hatless Freddy Krueger.
Obviously not, as bringing back the coal industry was never “doable.”
All noble things are touched with that.
The single factor narrative of 2016 has always been hot garbage. Every single variant of it.
Oh, of course.
I fear you’re right.
From the linked NYT article:
Yeah, same here basically. I’ve seen the first 3 or 4 episodes of season one and that’s it. It’s not that I didn’t like it, but Mrs. Funk wasn’t into it, so we started watching something else, and I never got around to watching it on my own.
Why not Best Picture? Why can’t a movie that causes overstuffed theaters to cheer and clap and cry together actually be considered the Best? Does it always have to be some cheesy Victorian drama that no one actually likes?
This is all a direct result of (among other things) John McCain.
I don’t know, it did kind of feel like they threw their oldest female character off of a cliff, barely used their new powerful female character, and then threw that scene in to say “See, we LOVES teh womenz!”
Jesus.
I’m actually FROM Pittsburgh and thought the same thing.
I know what 4chan is but what is 8chan?
Lol, yep.
Seeing that comment a lot. I guess I never put that together with AoU. Good call.
