The problem with the Sea of Thieves trailer for me is that they do understand what kind of obnoxious overacting annoys the shit out of me for being popular on YouTube, and filled their trailer with it.

Oh, man, "DEVIANT LOCATED" is definitely going to end up the new "Press X to Jason" meme once the internet gets a hold of it.

There was a surprising amount of special effect work involved, too.

I've watched the original at least 5 times in the past few months, and the only other movie I can think of that I've ever done that with was the the Avengers. Needless to say, I'm excited for this movie.

That's how I saw it too. My parents' recorded it and let us watch it when I was a kid. I partially blame it for my weird tastes as an adult.

I understand what you are getting at, because it's so obvious that Breath of the Wild is borrowing a ton from games like Skyrim. However, I find Skyrim really clunky to play, which thankfully is something I can't really say about even some of Nintendo's lesser titles. I have some faith that it will at least be an

Just the fact that we are getting a Nier sequel, not to mention Platinum Games' involvement, blows my mind. Nier is probably my favorite RPG of the PS3/Xbox 360 era.

It's going to happen if they keep going this route. Seems more cost effective at this point, and when Microsoft inevitably pushes into a digital only model, stuff will still most likely be cheaper on Steam thanks to their sales.

I can never, ever get the Kinect voice commands to respond consistently. And most of the time, it thinks I want to go to Xbox Music no matter what I say.

I loved Drawn Together. I don't care what anyone else thinks of me.

The Last Samurai refers to the group in its entirety, which includes Tom Cruise and Ken Watanabe's characters among others, who are all Japanese. People who haven't seen the movie (or who weren't paying attention) tend to think it only refers to Tom Cruise, which is wrong.

I imagine their military police uniforms are amazing.

That's too bad. From the trailer it looked like an interesting little Bioshock spiritual successor, but I'm really not into the survival game trend.

With the movie Gods of Egypt tanking so hard, perhaps they dodged a bullet?

I give your comment a B+!

I just saw it for the first time last year and really loved it. I regret not seeing it for as long as I did.

Oh man, the "new console this year, and by the way, a new console next year" thing absolutely infuriates me. It's like Microsoft is trying to force people to just buy a PC instead. I don't believe them for a second that there won't be games that only work on Xbox Scorpio, or the inevitable Xbox Dirty Harry in 2018.

That's my concern too. I don't really think the Resident Evil 4 style over-the-shoulder camera view like the one they are using is particularly well suited to more action heavy games, and only really works with something a bit slower or more deliberately paced. I'm not really sure I want a slower-paced God of War. I

The first manga my wife ever bought was Yon and Mu: Junji Ito's Cat Diary. It's an autobiographical story about adapting to being a cat owner. She had no idea that he was a major horror artist when she bought it, which amused me greatly.

What's your favorite Ito work?
