As someone who watched several episodes of the atrocious Blood & Oil just so I could drool over Scott Michael Foster, you know I’ll be there.

Well, I don’t mean to be crass, but with the name “Horst Hans Henkels,” he’s a snack that practically markets itself!
She has a foundation called the Laura Bush Foundation and it does work with libraries and librarians. Her foundation funded a grant for American Indians to study to be librarians. I was selected to take part and got my library education completely funded by her.
Damn pushy women in their lime green fashions.
For development of players, there’s already always a smaller pool of athletes for girls’ sports. Especially with adolescents, junior high into high school, a lot of things are different for girls — peer pressure, parental pressure or, worse, lack of support. Unless they’re really dedicated to it, it can be a lot…
Surprised that he didn’t add that he was a man walking on dry land with not a drop of water in sight. Because the court only has jurisdiction over admiralty (i.e. maritime law) cases. Because of the fringe on the flag.
It’s both. A lot of the original crazy came out of the posse comitatus movement from the 60s, who were virulent racists. This then morphed over the next few decades and somehow became the sovereign citizen movement, at the same time creating a number of spin-off beliefs among African-Americans, including groups like…
Beautiful. That’s just beautiful right there (going to go hurl now, as soon as these shakes are done).
It’s not you. When I worked at my county’s DA office, we had one man who claimed to be a sovereign citizen to get out of a misdemeanor resisting arrest. He bombarded my supervisor with these insane, rambling motions citing treaties from the 1600's and 1700's.
Can we send this woman on tour? I’m thinking she starts with Michigan, Wisconsin, Louisiana and Kansas, and then just goes from there.
Oh man I would love to do this to Rick Snyder here in Michigan.
It’s so bizarre that people feel entitled to comment on their perception of a woman’s size. I’m 5'9" and a size 16-plus size by any definition. I went into a department store and asked one of the sales clerks where the plus size department was. She said “You’re not plus sized.” I said “Uhhh, yes I am. I wear a size…
Agree. I’ve had plus-sized friends point out how bad it makes them feel when thin women call themselves fat (in a negative way) because they’re like, “If she thinks SHE is fat, what the hell does she think of me?”
Right. That is the problem. The term “plus-sized” has such negative connotations for those that actually are plus-sized. To label someone that isn’t even plus-sized has the ability to give girls Amy’s size an even worse complex than they may already have. It’s like saying a size 4 is “normal-sized” and a 0 is just…
I think it’s more the size 12, 14, hell, 24 young girls thinking “Omg, if SHE’S plus sized, what am I?”
Anna, get this kid to do a Jez post!
Shade, burn, everything.
